Surrender and Feel Signature Series : FULL MOON EDITION This 108-minute immersive experience is designed to guide you out of the analytical mind and deeply YIN-to the body. Slow down and meet the gentle edge of Yin and the softness of the breath, allowing yourself to Surrender and Feel fully as we dive into the pure relaxation of a transformative sound bath journey. This extended timeframe (108 minutes) allows us to move past the "surface" layer of relaxation and enter a deeper state of rest and recharge. The Journey Includes: The Gentle Edge of YIN: Gentle stretches and release with props. The Softness of Breath: Guided pranayama to calm the nervous system. The Sound Bath: A vibrational landscape to harmonize your energy. Yoga Nidra: A guided "yogic sleep" for subconscious renewal. Special introduction rate RM58 per pax. Please wear comfortable, layered clothing (body temperature often drops during Nidra). We provide yoga mats andprops, but you are welcome to bring your favorite eye mask or crystals to charge in the moon’s energy.

Cancellation Policy

Thanks for joining us! Here are our essential guidelines for a smooth practice. 1. Location Journey Studio Level 4, No. 2, Jalan Kamunting, 50300 Kuala Lumpur. 2. Class Minimums Classes require at least 4 participants. If we cancel due to low numbers, you’ll be notified via email/text and receive a full class credit. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows * Early Cancellation: Free up to 6 hours before class. * Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 3 hours of class will forfeit the class credit/rate. * No-Show: Full credit/rate will be charged. Important Notes * Media: We may take photos/videos during class for marketing purposes. Please notify us if you don't want to be part of it. * Safety: Please practice at your own pace and inform us of any injuries before class begins. See you on the mat!
