Flip your perspective, turn your view upside down. Learn FUNdamentals of inversions. In this masterclass, we will explore a series of inversions - Headstand, Pincha Mayurasana, other variations and transitions. Build strength and stability in the body and mind, with Safe & Fun drills & sequence, helpful tips and tricks to help you find confidence and be ready FLY! Open to anyone with basic yoga practice, willing to TRY, LEARN and HAVE FUN. Bring : Yoga mats & Bottle water Yoga props provided. Socks Please let me know beforehand if you have any injury etc. Location : Unit A1, OurBodySpace, AlBakri Court, Ampang, KL Parking info : Please park at Visitor's Parking (ample parking) or park at Unit A5 & A1 only. Other units belongs to other tenants. Thank you for your kind understanding. Cancellation policy: Cancellation 72 hours or less are considered late cancellation, so Non-refundable. Cancellation or changes more than 72 hours allowed, but credits (for those who make payment online via App/Website) will be kept in your account for other sessions moving forward. Service fee by the app (4%) will be deducted for any refunds. You can also make payment via bank transfer. DM me for any questions or more info. Thank you☺

Cancellation Policy
For Livestream classes, Link will be sent to your email, 20 minutes before class starts. For any late cancellations less than 8 hours, the booking is confirmed and you will be sent a link of the recorded session instead. Recorded classes are valid for 48 hours from the scheduled class. For in person yoga classes, cancellations within 24 hours before class is considered late cancellations. Full payment will be charged. No refunds for late cancellations for classes/workshops/events.
