Just as a gardener assess their plants during a period of fullness, this is an opportunity to reconnect and reflect on what you've been nurturing within yourself. This Full Moon, join us to embark on a journey YINside where you'll intentionally make space to slow down, nourish, and tend to your inner garden. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound, discovering stillness and cultivating a profound sense of inner peace. Bring your own Yoga mats & blanket if you like. Community yoga mats are available at the studio but limited quantity.
