Service Description
A slow, Yintrospective Yin practice inspired by the journey of metamorphosis. Through stillness, deep breathing, and long-held poses, we create space to release what no longer serves us and welcome new beginnings. Like a butterfly emerging from its cocoon, allow yourself to slow down, surrender, and trust your own process of transformation.

Cancellation Policy
Thanks for joining us! Here are our essential guidelines for a smooth practice. 1. Location Journey Studio Level 4, No. 2, Jalan Kamunting, 50300 Kuala Lumpur. 2. Class Minimums Classes require at least 4 participants. If we cancel due to low numbers, you’ll be notified via email/text and receive a full class credit. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows * Early Cancellation: Free up to 6 hours before class. * Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 3 hours of class will forfeit the class credit/rate. * No-Show: Full credit/rate will be charged. Important Notes * Media: We may take photos/videos during class for marketing purposes. Please notify us if you don't want to be part of it. * Safety: Please practice at your own pace and inform us of any injuries before class begins. See you on the mat!
