Ready to break the rules of predictable sequencing and challenge your brain? Welcome to Funky Flow Mandala Vinyasa—a rhythmic, 360-degree journey that completely throws out the rulebook of standard symmetry. Unlike traditional classes that repeat the exact same linear patterns on both sides, this practice thrives on non-symmetrical poses and unpredictable movements. We will spiral around all four corners of the mat, using creative, off-kilter transitions and asymmetrical shapes to shake up your muscle memory and keep you fully present. Typically channeling the natural elements (Earth, Air, Fire, or Water), this Vinyasa moving meditation forces you to let go of perfection, embrace the wobble, and discover a whole new sense of physical freedom. Cancellation Policy
Thanks for joining us! Here are our essential guidelines for a smooth practice. 1. Location Journey Studio Level 4, No. 2, Jalan Kamunting, 50300 Kuala Lumpur. 2. Class Minimums Classes require at least 4 participants. If we cancel due to low numbers, you’ll be notified via email/text and receive a full class credit. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows * Early Cancellation: Free up to 6 hours before class. * Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 3 hours of class will forfeit the class credit/rate. * No-Show: Full credit/rate will be charged. Important Notes * Media: We may take photos/videos during class for marketing purposes. Please notify us if you don't want to be part of it. * Safety: Please practice at your own pace and inform us of any injuries before class begins. See you on the mat!
