Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to practice with us! Please read the information and review our booking guidelines below. Bring your own mat and towel! 1. Location Classes are held at: Journey Studio, Level 4, No: 2 , Jalan Kamunting, 50300 Kuala Lumpur 2. Minimum Participation Our classes require a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum is not met 4 hours before the scheduled start time, the class may be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified via email/text and receive a class credit. 3. Cancellation & Late Fees We understand that life happens, but we appreciate as much notice as possible. Early Cancellation: You may cancel your booking up to 8 hours before class starts without penalty. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 6 hours before class will incur a penalty. No show will be charged full credit. Thank you .
