Mother's Day Special : Yoga, Soundbath & Crafting Session

Welcome to The Five Senses Journey—a dedicated, multi-sensory retreat designed to bring you back home to yourself. This experience is warmly open to all in need of self care, fun and rest, this afternoon is for you. There are no expectations here. No prior experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are. Take a MOM-ent to indulge in the art of self nurturing in this MAMASTE session. We begin with a gentle soul-full flow designed to stretch and flow. Soften and surrender all the stress in soothing soundbath and savasana to recharge. To wrap up our session, we move into a crafting ritual: Crafting Session; Hands-on workshop where you will craft a custom-scented body scrub and a hanging car aroma diffuser using essential oils. This soul full process is a meditation on care, resulting in a physical gift of wellness for yourself. The goal? To anchor today's feeling of peace and love so you can take it home (and onto your daily commute) with you. Enjoy some light refreshments through out this creative expression session. Open to everyone. You don't have to be a mother to join.

Cancellation Policy
Thanks for joining us! Here are our essential guidelines for a smooth practice. 1. Location Journey Studio Level 4, No. 2, Jalan Kamunting, 50300 Kuala Lumpur. 2. Class Minimums Classes require at least 4 participants. If we cancel due to low numbers, you’ll be notified via email/text and receive a full class credit. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows * Early Cancellation: Free up to 6 hours before class. * Late Cancellation: Cancellations within 3 hours of class will forfeit the class credit/rate. * No-Show: Full credit/rate will be charged. Important Notes * Media: We may take photos/videos during class for marketing purposes. Please notify us if you don't want to be part of it. * Safety: Please practice at your own pace and inform us of any injuries before class begins. See you on the mat!
